It can be planted in spring and autumn, but the survival rate is higher in autumn.

Strawberry planting

Before planting , soak the flower pot in water, put broken tiles or stones on the bottom of the pot, and then fill it with pot soil. When planting, choose strong seedlings, 3-4 plants per pot, and the roots should not be exposed below the plant depth. After planting, water thoroughly and keep the roots firmly connected to the soil. After leaving it for 3-5 days, move it to a place with sufficient light.

After planting, strawberries should be placed in a ventilated and sunny place, and the pot soil should always be kept moist. For potted strawberries, old leaves, residual leaves, diseased leaves and excess stolons should be removed regularly to reduce nutrient consumption and improve fruit quality. After two years of potting, the pots can be repotted after fruiting. When repotting, take it out of the pot, cut off the old roots, and then add it to the new pot soil.
