Distributed in Gran Canaria, Tenerife, El Hierro, La Gomera and La Palma.

The leaves have a larger expanded diameter, 20-25 cm. The leaves are light blue in color with a layer of white powder on the surface. The flowering period is from May to July. The flowers are creamy yellow and there are a large number of seeds after the flowers. Many side shoots grow.

Including: pink rose Hierro, Gran Canaria mountain rose, Tenerife mountain rose.

Large Mountain Rose (Greenovia diplocycla)

The petals are thick and often grow mixed with the golden mountain rose. The diameter is about 10-20 cm. They are similar to the golden mountain rose and difficult to distinguish.

The flower base is slightly smaller, but the flowers are larger. The leaves are yellowish green with a layer of white powder on the surface.

In summer, the leaves fold up into a cup shape and are surrounded by dry leaves.

These include: Egg Rose, Agando, Guarimiar.

Emerald Ball ( Greenovia dodrentalis)

Distributed in the remote east and west areas of Tenerife at an altitude of 350m, with a diameter of 10 cm. It is very easy to grow side buds, and the inflorescence is 20 cm high.

Currently the most common mountain rose variety in China.

This kind of mountain rose is relatively rare and is distributed on the southern high island of Tenerife, on the northern slope of 950m above sea level.

The leaves are dark green and covered with a thin layer of hair. Compared with other varieties, the plant size is smaller, with a diameter of 2-4 cm.

Many lateral buds grow at the bottom in spring. The flowering period is from February to April. The inflorescence is 12 cm long and the flower color is golden yellow. After the flowers fade, the mother plant withers and the lateral buds continue to grow.
