It is dried in the sun and is relatively natural. Its distribution areas are mainly concentrated in Hunan and Hubei. There are also a few distributed in other places, such as Guangxi, Yunnan, Sichuan, Guizhou, etc., which have a small amount of output. Among these varieties, the large-leaf species belonging to Yunnan are the best.

4. Steamed Green Tea

This is made with steam, using the amount of steam to destroy the fresh leaves. This kind of tea has a very dark green color and astringent smell. The main varieties include Enshi Yulu, Chinese Sencha, etc. The main production areas are in Hubei, Zhejiang, Fujian, Anhui and other provinces.
