This is made with steam, using the amount of steam to destroy the fresh leaves. This kind of tea has a very dark green color and astringent smell. The main varieties include Enshi Yulu, Chinese Sencha, etc. The main production areas are in Hubei, Zhejiang, Fujian, Anhui and other provinces.
