It is enough to keep the soil in a slightly moist state, but there should be no water.

3. Fertilization

When the plant grows to almost 5 or 6 true leaves, it should be fertilized. Appropriately add a small amount of compound fertilizer in the ratio of 20:10:20. In the middle stage of vegetative growth of Cao Yumei plants, a large amount of calcium fertilizer and potassium fertilizer are needed. 10~12kg of nitrate nitrogen fertilizer and 8~10kg of calcium fertilizer are applied per mu.

4. Temperature

The temperature suitable for its growth is generally 15~23℃ during the day, and the low temperature is maintained at 5~10℃. Avoid direct sunlight in summer, which can burn the leaves and prevent photosynthesis. Keep warm when it is too cold in winter to avoid frostbite.
