Pothos grows very fast and has a strong ability to take root, so it can be cut at any time throughout the year. However, if you want to take cuttings in winter, you need to do it in a greenhouse. In addition, if conditions permit, it is best to carry out cuttings in spring. Because this is the time when it grows the fastest, it is easier to survive after cutting.

1 , Soil cutting: From a healthy growing plant, cut a 10-15cm long branch with 2-3 aerial roots. Then cut the bottom end diagonally, put it into the rooting water, and soak it for about 20 minutes. Then, take it out to dry, then insert it into soft flower soil made of leaf mold soil and river sand, replenish water in time, and wait for it to grow roots.

2. Water cutting: also from a healthy mother plant Cut off a section of branch. Then trim it once, remove the leaves at the bottom, and cut the bottom end at a 45° angle. Then insert it into a container filled with water so that about half of its height is immersed in the water, but make sure that the leaves and aerial roots are not immersed in the water. After that, keep it warm, change the water regularly, and wait for it to grow roots.
