Sowing method: After the flowering period, seeds are obtained through artificial pollination and sown when the temperature is 30°C. Division method: Remove the pot from May to June, remove the old soil from the roots, divide the rhizomes into small clumps with 4 leaves each, and plant them separately. Tissue culture method: The tender inflorescences and lateral buds of the plant are used as explants, which are sterilized and then added to the culture medium. After adventitious buds grow, they are transferred to MS culture medium and wait for rooting.

You can obtain seeds by artificial pollination after the flowers have bloomed, or you can buy seeds directly at the flower market. When sowing, ensure that the temperature is around 30°C and not too low. The seeds should be sown as evenly as possible. They will germinate in about 10-15 days after sowing. If it is too cold during germination, the seeds will rot.

2. Division method

< p>It is recommended to propagate by divisions from May to June. You must first take the plants out of the pots and carefully remove the soil from the roots. Then use scissors to cut the rhizome from the bottom of the bush. Make sure there are 4 leaves on each bush. After dividing the plants, plant them separately, place them in a semi-shady environment, and wait for them to grow new roots.

< p>Take the smooth young inflorescences and lateral buds as explants, simply sterilize them, and then add them to the culture medium. Wait for about a month and a half, and they will grow adventitious buds. Then transfer the adventitious buds to a medium where indole is added. On MS medium with acetic acid, wait for about a month and it will take root.
