First loosen the flower soil and take out the Dripping Guanyin. Then cut off all the stems and leaves that have growth problems, clean the soil at the roots, and cut off the problematic roots. If you want to behead the Dripping Guanyin, you must first take it out of the flowerpot. Before removing, loosen the flower soil around it to facilitate removal of the plant.
