The suitable time for cutting Osmanthus fragrans is from May to July, or between September and October. The best temperature for cutting is around 25°C. When cutting, you must first select a cutting bed and cover it with fine, breathable soil. Cut about 10cm of young shoots from the plant, keep 2 leaves on top, cut off half of them, soak them in rooting water and insert them into the soil.
