Grafting of wintersweet is mostly done in spring. Select a strong scion and cut off its top. The length should be controlled at 7-8cm. After selecting the rootstock, cut it down when it is 5-6cm from the ground. The length should be about 4-5cm. Then insert the scion into the cut of the rootstock, align it and tie it up. Use soil to seal the incision and cover the top of the scion. After that, the soil should be kept moist and it will survive in about a month.

In The seeds are harvested in the summer, stored in wet sand, and sown in the following spring. Before sowing, the seeds should be washed clean and the wax on them removed, and then sown in the soil at a distance.

You can divide the plants in spring, dig out the plants that need to be divided from the soil, and use a sharp knife to split the stems. There should be 3 stems left on each plant so that they can survive easily after division. Prepare the potting soil, plant the divided plants in it and water it sparingly.
