Snapdragons love the sun. When maintaining potted plants, they need to be protected from the sun at noon in summer. In other seasons, they should get more sun. The more sunlight, the better. In winter, ensure that the maintenance temperature is above 0°C. In summer, use a sunshade net to block light and cool down. When you weigh the weight of the potting soil, it feels obviously lighter and watered thoroughly. Topdress compound fertilizer during the growth period of the plant, switch to phosphorus and potassium fertilizer before the flowering period, once every half month, apply thin fertilizer frequently, and prune the plant after it fades to encourage it to bloom again.

Snapdragon cultivation methods and precautions
1. Lighting

1. Lighting

Snapdragons like to stay in an environment with sufficient sunlight. If they are potted plants, they need to be shielded from the sun at noon in summer. In other seasons, they should be exposed to the sun all day long. The more light, the better the goldfish will be. The stronger the grass grows, the more flowers it will bloom.

2. Temperature

Snapdragon likes a relatively cool climate, is particularly afraid of the heat, and is relatively cold-tolerant. Ensure that the maintenance temperature is above 0℃ in winter, and use a sunshade net to block light and cool down in summer. It allows snapdragons to survive the winter and summer safely.

3. Watering

Snapdragon likes moisture and is afraid of waterlogging. You can usually weigh the weight of the pot soil and it will feel significantly lighter when watered thoroughly. Do not let the soil stay wet for a long time, otherwise the plants will easily rot and eventually die.

4. Fertilization

During the growth period of snapdragons, liquid fertilizer, such as compound fertilizer water, can be applied every half month to promote growth. Before the flowering period, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers can be used, such as Potassium dihydrogen phosphate promotes flowering. When applying fertilizer, pay attention to applying thin fertilizer frequently. A lighter concentration is safer.

5. Pruning

During the seedling stage of snapdragons, you can pinch them to encourage the plants to branch more. When the seedlings grow to 6 leaves, remove the top 2 leaves and keep 4 leaves. In addition, 15cm of stems should be retained after each flower failure, and the remaining flowers and top branches and leaves should be cut off to encourage the plant to grow new branches and bloom again.
