1. Single-valve jasmine: Its plant is relatively short, with a height of about 70-90cm. The stems and branches are relatively thin and vine-like, so it is also called "vine jasmine". The leaves are oval and thin, with slightly pointed tips. It has strong drought tolerance and is generally suitable for planting at the foot of mountains or hilly slopes. The yield is lower than double jasmine.

2. Double-petal jasmine: It is the main variety of jasmine planted in large areas in my country. The plant height is about 1-1.5 meters, and the stems and branches are thick and stiff. The flower buds are oval with a flat or slightly pointed top, also known as "flat-headed jasmine". It is cold and wet-tolerant, easy to cultivate, and has high yield.

3. Multi-petal jasmine: The branches will have obvious wart-like protrusions. The leaves are dark green, the flower buds are tight, round and short. The petals are small, thick, and numerous, usually 16 to 21. It is drought tolerant and can grow robustly on dry land on hillside. By cross-breeding with single or double-petal jasmine varieties, it is possible to obtain new jasmine varieties with strong resistance, good quality and high yield.
